Well, I bit the bullet and purchased a Drawmer 1973 for my multiband. I won’t be using the deq section of the 2496 any longer, just the peq as the second eq to add back some lows and highs. I really wanted to try the three sum and use 2 tube compressors but they’re impossible to find. Anyone using one now?

I use the Drawmer 3 sum.

Bellari RP583 voodoo mod
For the low and mid

Drawmer 1968 FEt compressor for the high band. You can use the second channel to control something else , like a Bellari RP562 exciter

I have a extra Bellari RP583 voodoo # RP583-105
For sale.

I have two 583’s. I need to find the three sum. For now I’ll use the 1973. I’ve heard great things about it. Should be here early next week.
